Spring into a new season with our one time Saturday special-- the spring Saturday Yoga 101 Beginner series will boast TWO teachers and still a maximum of just 10 students. You will receive encouraging, individualized instruction as you explore yoga with Cheryl and Sandy.
The hardest part of yoga can be walking in the door for the very first time! With these small classes there will be lots of time for questions, developing poses to fit your body and your breath as you learn the basics of posture alignments and breathing awareness. We will support you through this six week beginners series, discovering strong and calm thoughts, healthy bodies, and happy souls.
This class would also be great for someone who has been away from their practice for a length of time for any reason. We look forward to meeting you and sharing in your practice!
