Yoganamics: The Art of Living Well

Yoganamics is an inclusive yoga practice built on the principle that everyone deserves access to the benefits yoga has to offer. It is an adaptive form of yoga that incorporates Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, and Mindfulness, and involves supported slow and gentle movement and stretching, providing relief from stress, stiffness, and chronic pain. Yoganamics is designed for all ages and all physical conditions. It is intended to guide you to observe the unique dynamics of your physical and emotional bodies while releasing tension, boosting energy, and increasing mobility and flexibility, particularly in folks suffering from chronic issues such as arthritis, low back pain, tight hip flexors, hamstrings, fibromyalgia, sciatica, and fasciitis. Yoganamics can significantly lower stress levels and reduce feelings of fatigue, anxiety, and depression associated with chronic issues. It can also improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.

No prior yoga experience required.

No flexibility? No worries!

Limited Balance? No problem!

Come as you are!

Drop-in welcome, no advance registration required. Classes are $16 each (cash only).
