A 5 Week Series: Tuesdays at 5:30-6:30pm beginning March 2nd through March 30th
Would you like to develop strong, supple muscles while improving your mobility and flexibility? Then this class series is for you. We move through yoga postures, smoothly without long holds, as in a flow class, but with more emphasis on muscle development than many vinyasa classes. We balance fun and exploration of new postures, with the rhythm and harmony of the ancient practices, pulling from ashtanga in particular. Many options will be given for each pose, so the class can be challenging for YOU, without overwhelming. We balance the challenging with a few, slower more restorative poses, particularly at the beginning and end of practice.
This class is available in your home, via Zoom on a four week full series basis, or week to week if you prefer. A DISCOUNTED RATE IS AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS WHO SIGN UP FOR ALL 5 WEEKS BY MARCH 1ST AT 6PM
