Slow Flow Yoga with Cheryl, Wednesdays at 4:30pm (in-studio)
This class is perfect for those who wish to gently explore breath and movement, finding refreshment in focusing on the fundamentals of the yoga practice. Cheryl focuses on what each student can do, using props and modifications so everyone can find joy in movement. Suitable for all levels, you can join anytime for a yoga practice that can help you blossom into a sense of well being.

Governor Mills issued a new executive order that masks are to be worn at all times in public settings, including while practicing on your mat. Thank you for doing your part in keeping our teachers, staff and community healthy. And remember, this is not forever and we will get through this together!
