Yin Yoga with Sandy (in-studio)

Class fee: $15

Yin Yoga uses floor poses held in stillness allowing passive, long holds to strengthen and hydrate critical joint tissues in a way that most other practices cannot. Through mindful stretching, Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones, and joints in the body that are not normally exercised in flow practice.

Suitable for all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect compliment to dynamic & muscular (Yang) styles of yoga or exercise. Yin Yoga can be quite challenging mentally & physically. Beginners welcome!

Advanced registration is required as we have limited space so that we can properly distance. Please bring yoga blocks (if you have them), a yoga mat and a blanket. Online registration closes on October 22nd at 5pm.
