Yoga 101 - a Six Week Series on Yoga Fundamentals

Gift yourself a fit body, calm thoughts, and a peaceful spirit by joining our yoga “101”series. This six week series eases your way into a yoga practice.
This series is great if you are a yoga newcomer, have been away from your practice for a length of time for any reason, or if you just enjoy focusing on the fundamentals in a sequential fashion.
Yoga 101 will provide gentle, encouraging teaching to help you develop a yoga practice of your own. With small classes there will be lots of time for questions, developing poses to fit your body as you learn the fundamentals of posture alignment and breathing awareness.

Meet the instructor, Cheryl Hoffman, RYT…
Cheryl has practiced vinyasa or flow yoga since 2000. The body awareness and fitness she discovered helped her immensely both as she taught centered riding and rode horses herself. She finds yoga a physical practice that includes breath, mind, and movement in a way that can inspire as well as engender strength and flexibility. In 2016 Cheryl became a certified Yoga Alliance teacher so she could share the practice with everyone.
