Curious or new to the practice of yoga? This free class is designed for you.
Join Kathie, a 500+ hr. Trauma informed yoga teacher as she guides you through a basic yoga flow. Held in a welcoming atmosphere, we will focus on breathing techniques, basic poses, and modifications for all levels. Yoga is helpful in reducing anxiety, building strength/flexibility, and clearing the mind.
