In the busyness of daily life, it's easy to lose touch with our inner voice, our needs, and the wisdom that lives within us. Coming Home to Ourselves is a nourishing 90-minute workshop designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self through mindfulness, movement, reflection, and meaningful connection.
Together, we will create a supportive and welcoming space to slow down, turn inward, and remember who we are beneath the expectations, roles, and distractions of everyday life.
During this workshop, participants will experience:
• A grounding guided meditation to settle the mind and reconnect with the present moment
• Gentle, accessible yoga and mindful movement to cultivate embodiment and self-awareness
• Reflective journal prompts designed to deepen self-discovery and inner connection
• Group discussion and sharing to foster community, insight, and belonging
• A closing intention-setting practice to help carry the experience into daily life
Whether you are feeling disconnected, navigating change, seeking greater self-love, or simply longing for a moment of stillness, this workshop offers an opportunity to pause, listen, and reconnect with the home that is always within you.
No previous meditation or yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome.
If you have a Journel you would like to use, please bring it with you, otherwise there will be paper and pens available.
