Root to Rise Morning Yoga
Shake off the week behind, and get ready to step into the weekend feeling strong, balanced, and revitalized. Root to Rise is a Yin Yoga practice that uses slow, gentle, and intentional movement to cleanse and align the chakras, which are your body’s energy centers. This practice combines the dynamic, continuous flow of Sun Salutations with a meditative-style Yin floor practice, offering an overall mind-body experience that simultaneously boosts energy and creates a sense of calm by stimulating and balancing your nervous system.
This practice is led by Tiffany Riley, one of the studio's regular yoga teachers. Tiffany holds a 300-hour yoga teacher certification and has a strong background in Hatha, Restorative, and Yin Yoga. She also teaches Yoganamics, a Yin style yoga class, at the Studio every Wednesday evening.
Drop-in welcome, no advance registration required. Classes are $16 each (cash only).
5-Class Passes are available for purchase for $70 ($14 per class), cash or check payable to The Studio.
