Building Your Yoga Foundation - a six week series
Join us (in-studio) to learn or take a fresh look at yoga’s foundational poses, taking care of our bodies by breaking down some of these poses into their component parts. This can help find modifications for a beginner as well as fine tune an existing yoga practice.
This series is great if you are a yoga newcomer or if you are ready to reignite your practice with a sequential focus on yoga fundamentals. We focus on learning to move with our breath and gently engage our bodies in developing strength and flexibility. Classes begin and end with a restorative pose to help focus the thought for practice and bring release into our moves.

Mondays at 4:30-5:30pm inside The Studio, this six week class series begins Monday, September 13 and ends October 18th.
Cost is $70, advanced registration is required by Friday, September 10th.
Meet your instructor! Cheryl Hoffman, RYT
Cheryl has practiced vinyasa or flow yoga since 2000. The body awareness and fitness she discovered helped her immensely both as she taught centered riding and rode horses herself. She finds yoga a physical practice that includes breath, mind, and movement in a way that can inspire as well as engender strength and flexibility. In 2016 Cheryl became a certified Yoga Alliance teacher so she could share the practice with everyone.
