Gentle Flow Yoga with Sandy, Saturdays at 9am inside The Studio!
Each class starts by moving and warming up the body. With a gentle approach, students have the opportunity to work on standing and balancing poses. Each class ends with a relaxing savasana, after a reading to close out the class. We welcome all levels of experience and offer lots of modifications with the use props to help relax into poses more fully.

Please bring your own mat, props and water to stay hydrated! Our studio can safely allow 6 students plus teacher.
Governor Mills issued a new executive order that masks are to be worn at all times in public settings, including while practicing on your mat. Thank you for doing your part in keeping our teachers, staff and community healthy. And remember, this is not forever and we will get through this together!
