Sit & Balance Chair Yoga Workshop
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. In this workshop you’re invited to find mobility in a moderate and supportive way.
Exploration of the Breath is encouraged. Focus is placed on the integrity of the Spine, encouraging better posture and energy flow. The practice serves those with limited mobility and those that wish to practice at the office.
Chair yoga is a great way to relax from head to toe without the stress of getting out of your chair. This flow is also perfect for those wanting a quick way to stretch your body and relieve tension while at work, without leaving your office chair. And chair yoga is also perfect for those that have limited mobility or have a hard time getting down to the mat. This class is perfect for EVERY BODY!

Advance registration is suggested, but walk-ins will be welcome too!
