Join us this fall for our six week introductory yoga series. With small classes and step by step development, you will feel supported while you learn. There will be lots of time for questions, developing poses to fit your body and your breath as you learn the basics of posture alignment and breathing awareness. Through this beginner’s series you develop tools to practice strong and calm thoughts, healthy bodies, and a happy spirit. This course is also great for those of you who have been away from your practice for a length of time or if you just prefer a slow, sequential class.

We will support you through this six week beginners series, discovering strong and calm thoughts, healthy bodies, and happy souls.
This class would also be great for someone who has been away from their practice for a length of time for any reason. We look forward to meeting you and sharing in your practice!

You must register for all 6 weeks. Investment is $60.
Studio parking is located near the free-standing road sign and in front of the stores after business hours. Our studio has a flight of stairs, therefore is not wheelchair accessible. We sincerely apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
