Slow Flow Yoga Basics — a five week yoga ‘202’ series October 21 - November 18th Mondays 4:30 - 5:30pm
Join us for a late autumn 'slow flow' class series, five weeks to explore yoga poses to improve body alignment, flexibility and strength. Developing body awareness and a lovely sense of well being are part of the benefits, too.
This class will be perfect for those who have completed the yoga 101 beginner series and wish to explore further or for those who have taken a few drop in classes but would enjoy a slower and more sequential curriculum.
No pre-registration required for this class. We encourage purchasing a five week pass ($50 cash or check) so that you commit yourself to the full five weeks sequence.
