Fall is a time when we move inward, loss of sunlight and warmth encourages a slower rhythm. Please join Meagan for this enriching 2 hour workshop and allow the mind and body to pause and reset before moving into the rest of the holidays. This class will start and end with a short guided meditation to connect with how the body and mind are doing as an observer. Restorative postures will be offered and students will select which poses to take and have freedom to stay in poses as long as they choose and move into the next pose offered at will.
Investment: $25. Advance registration is required as space is limited!

Meagan’s first introduction to yoga came when she won a “Yoga for Dummies” DVD during her senior year of college, she immediately began practicing in her dorm almost everyday. She moved up to the NH Seacoast and began practicing with teachers locally until settling in to a dedicated ashtanga practice with her beloved teacher Lona Kovacs. She began practicing 6 days a week and after an informal yoga teacher training began to teach. Numerous teacher trainings later all over the world with different teachers and Meagan has added a lot of new information into her repertoire. She became a licensed massage therapist a few years ago, a travel blogger and a member of the local buddhist order to deepen her studies in the dharma and meditation. Meanwhile she received her Undergrad in Economics from Bentley University and worked in IT for 10 years. She brings her eclectic background into the classroom so she can care for all types, shapes and sizes. She teaches, ashtanga, vinyasa, restorative yoga and soon to come Yin Yoga.
